Paradigm joins NetApp's "Alliance Partner Program"

Thursday, September 13, 2012

Subsurface software company Paradigm has joined an "Alliance Partner Program" of US computer storage and data management company NetApp.

Paradigm plans to work together with NetApp to offer data storage and data management solutions.

This means that oil and gas companies using both Paradigm and NetApp will get application specific data protection tools.

They should also get improved IT infrastructure performance and enhanced data access, Paradigm says.

It should make it easier for oil and gas staff to work with large and complex data sets, different software companies and non-uniform computing environments, Paradigm says.

They will also have more choices in how their data management system is put together.

'Paradigm is pleased that our long term business relationship with NetApp has been strengthened through the NetApp Alliance Partner Program,' said Duane Dopkin, executive vice president of technology at Paradigm.
