In a diverse, perhaps unique, 29 year career in the E&P sector I have been fortunate to be associated with exploration of no of Indian basins. After working in geophysical data acquisition, like 2D/3D/4D seismic, GM, in the initial stage of career I switched over in mid-career to producing field for improving the oil production followed by adoption of technologies in advanced seismic data processing like PreSDM, AVO/Inversion, Electro-Magnetic (CSEM) & MMT. Also availed this opportunity to work on new technologies of multibeam, soil coring, geotechnical surveys and geochemical analysis.
