He has over 25 years of working experience mainly in the information systems of the oil & gas and telecommunication industry. During early years of his career he had worked with Esso Production Malaysia Inc and Telekom Malaysia. He holds a M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Boston USA.

He has 14 years in Production Operation and 8 years in Development Division. Currently, he is the Project Manager for Samarang Field Re-Development Project, the first Petronas Oil Field to be operated with Integrated Operation (IO) concept.

Sloane is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and AIIM – Certified Information Professional (CIP) with a history in the power generation, oil & gas and life sciences industries. She has expertise in enterprise information management, process design and improvement, organizational change management and Project Management Institute (PMI) endorsed methodologies. She has published articles in industry journals and has spoken at several international energy conferences.

Tom Cave has been involved in the management of multi-million dollar international projects since 1984, initially this was in the aerospace industry, but for the last sixteen years he has specialized in the Oil & Energy market. Tom is one of a number of volunteers from industry who give their time to PIDX International to help create and promote open standards to improve e-commerce.
For his "day-job", Tom is responsible for sparesFinder’s Oil & Energy practice and has run, or is running, cloud-based materials data management projects for Hess, Talisman, Apache, BP, Shell, Chevron, Total, Marathon and ConocoPhillips, amongst others. Tom has a BSc(Hons) in Systems Analysis from the City of London University and is an ISO 8000 accredited Master Data Manager.

Before joining IDS he spent 18 years with a Halliburton company focusing on Real Time data acquisition and transmission. Combined with the time spent with BosKalis a world leading Dutch dredging company, his career has relocated him to almost every continent, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UK, Malaysia, USA and Canada.
The IT side of the industry has always fascinated him as a lot of the elements, including connectivity, are never following the accepted norm, which challenges those who implement solutions for clients to have to think outside the box.
