Austin Geomodelling

Founded in 1996, AGM developed RECON, the first 3d geological interpretation application, in 2002 filling the gap between geophysical and reservoir engineering focused modeling applications. Initially, RECON was developed to optimize consulting projects delivered to international oil and gas companies directly impacting their bottom line business results.

The combination of the easy to use automated workflows in RECON and ability to deliver significantly improved geological interpretation impacts recoverable reserve ratios by identifying previously missed reserves and optimizes reservoir production by improving the accuracy and understanding of reservoir delineation.
The AGM customer base is rapidly expanding due to the improvements customers realize in reservoir model accuracy and efficiency enabled by Recon's ease of integrating multiple data types, the real time data updates and multiple interpretation scenario management.
AGM is focused on delivering continuous innovations that are intuitive and create tangible value for our customers by automating tedious, repetitive workflows empowering interpreters to focus on detailed geology, resulting in a more accurate reservoir interpretation.
