Bruce Chalmers -

Bruce joined Blueback Reservoir after having spent three years with Statoil as a geologist working with global software management.
Previously Bruce has worked at ConocoPhillips, Halliburton and Midland Valley Exploration.
Bruce has a BSc Hons in Petroleum Geology from the University of Aberdeen and a Graduate Certificate in Management from The Robert Gordon University.

Following the merger with Cegal, announced in August 2014, Blueback Reservoir is pleased to announce that we will go forth under the Cegal name and logo. Together we aim to fill the gap between E&P and IT by combining the expertise within geoscience and IT solutions.

Blueback Reservoir announced the release of the Blueback Toolbox v. 14
The Blueback Toolbox suite of Petrel plug-ins contains Petrel functionality features not available in standard Petrel. It has been developed by the Blueback Reservoir development team using the Petrel development framework called Ocean. All functionality has been developed based on requests from Petrel users around the world and the development is coordinated with the Petrel software teams at Schlumberger.
