ADIL secures five-figure business management system deal

Wednesday, March 26, 2014

ADIL has expanded its services to the oil and gas industry, securing its first bespoke business management system contract to support an independent oil operator's activities around the globe.

Worth a five-figure sum, the three-year licensing deal will see Aberdeen-headquartered ADIL design and deliver in-house software that provides personnel in the UK and Middle East - as well as those working in remote locations - with a means of storing and presenting the company's management documents. This ensures a standard of business practice can be achieved across the organisation.

It is the first time the company has developed a fully bespoke, in-house business management system for an operator and follows investment in its business solutions division in 2013.

James Paton, managing director of ADIL, said: 'We have steadily invested in expanding our company both in terms of our people and our capabilities in line with market needs in the last 12 months and have found demand for our services continues to rise.

'Our corporate solutions business stream is a key component of ADIL's growth strategy and critical to our continued success going forward. Very different to our traditional service offering, this first contract is testament to the interest we are seeing in the marketplace, particularly from the independent operators and small service companies.'

As part of the agreement, ADIL have also provided user training to a number of personnel.
