Arnlea Systems - new version of inspection software

Arnlea Systems of Inverurie, Aberdeen, has released a new version of its "InspectEX" offshore inspection management software.

The company makes mobile electronic tools to be used for inspections and repairs of offshore safety critical equipment.

The software can be used to reduce the cost of managing and maintaining safety critical equipment which needs ATEX (explosive environment) certification.

Using the software running on a mobile device, inspectors can capture data in inspections, and verify installed equipment against the register.

You can quickly see the inspection status, progress, and defect trends.

The system can provide text in English, Norwegian, Portuguese and French.

There is functionality specifically for FPSOs and drilling rigs.
