Caesar Systems - modelling framework for fiscal systems

Caesar Systems of Houston has developed a dynamic modelling framework for oil and gas fiscal systems, covering all aspects of oil and gas development projects.

It aims to reduce the time taken to produce fiscal models, and improve clarity.

The system is built up from a number of discrete modules.

The framework was first introduced to the industry at the Society of Petroleum Engineers "Hydrocarbon Economic Evaluation Symposium" in Calgary on September 25th.
