Data Gumbo joins PIDX International

The Petroleum Industry Data Exchange, Inc. (PIDX) announced that Data Gumbo has joined the organization as a member. Data Gumbo provides IIoT-integrated Blockchain technology and smart contracts to companies that operate complex industrial value chains.

The next-generation commercial internet is Data Gumbo's vision, one where multi-party transactions leverage digital data sources for automated contract execution on secure blockchain ledgers.

As a member of PIDX, Data Gumbo will now be able to help drive the agenda for the development of PIDX standards to meet the digital integration needs of all buyers, suppliers, and eCommerce Networks in the Energy industry.

'Data Gumbo's focus on the hydrocarbon value chain made engagement with an industry trade association such as PIDX an obvious decision,' says Lisa Smith, Chief Corporate Development Officer at Data Gumbo.
