Energistics appoints three new directors to its board

Energistics Consortium Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of three new directors to its board, replacing directors who have transitioned to new roles in their respective companies.

Ms. Bettina Bachmann is vice president for Subsurface and Wells Software within Shell's Projects and Technology organization, based in the Netherlands. She has thorough knowledge of current software integration and technical data management challenges.

Mr. Gavin Rennick is president of Software Integrated Solutions for Schlumberger, based in Houston. He has broad international experience in upstream and currently heads the largest software and associated services organization in the industry.

Mr. Tommy Inglesby is managing director of Upstream and Oil Field and Equipment Services for Accenture, based in Houston. Before joining Accenture, he worked for a number of service, operator and consulting companies in roles with an emphasis on strategy, planning, investor relations and marketing.

Each of the new directors brings the unique perspectives of their respective companies and positions to the board to ensure that the consortium's resources are focused on achieving advanced information sharing and collaborative work through standardization.
