Energy Navigator expands Houston office space, adds training center

Monday, October 3, 2016

Oil and gas software company Energy Navigator announced it has recently expanded and relocated its Houston office.

The new office - located at One Briarlake Plaza, 2000 W. Sam Houston Pkwy South, Suite 1475, Houston, Texas, 77042 - includes on-site user training and lecture facilities. Energy Navigator sees this expansion as a requirement to support its growing client base of oil and gas producers, independent reserves evaluators, brokerage firms, banks and financial institutions.

'With today's oil and gas prices, profit margins are extremely tight. Workforces are being reduced and valuable knowledge and experience is being lost. E&P companies - as well as the evaluators and financial institutions who work with them - are all focused on delivering maximum value,' said VP, U.S. Operations Bill Agee. 'Energy Navigator software helps them do that by increasing confidence in their data and driving improved efficiency and productivity in their work processes. Clients who have relied on legacy-style reserves systems and manual or paperbased AFE and Opex/Capex tracking systems simply can't afford to keep doing things the same old way. They're looking for alternatives from companies, like ours, who offer proven solutions and stand behind them with ongoing development, user support and training.'

Energy Navigator's expanded Houston facilities are part of a long-term strategy to build client relationships and provide more readily available support resources to clients in the lower 48 states. The company currently has approximately 65 staff, nearly two-thirds of which are dedicated to ongoing development, quality assurance, and client support and technical services. The company has locations in Houston, Denver, Brisbane, and Calgary.
