Expro measures land production in Brazil

Saturday, April 14, 2012

Oilfield services company Expro has completed a project to measure oil and gas flow rates on land production wells in Brazil's Amazonas state.

The project was in collaboration with Brazilian state oil company Petrobras. It started in April 2011.

Expro deployed computerised well testing kit, including solids management systems and multiphase flow meters.

The data will be used to plan optimal production.

'This is an important land production well in Brazil, and Expro prides itself on delivering the highest quality test results,' said Sergio Zubelli, Expro regional director.
