INOVA Geophysical announces changes to its executive structure

INOVA Geophysical reached its third year of operations and has made some adjustments to its executive staff to better manage its growth.

Glenn Hauer, INOVA's new CEO and president announced changes to its executive structure designed to build efficiencies and increase focus within key areas of the organization. Keith Witt has been promoted to CFO and senior vice president of operations and administration, where he maintains his prior responsibilities of overseeing operational finance, sales administration and IT for INOVA in addition to his new role as CFO. Keith has held various senior finance positions in the UK and Netherlands. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from the University of Southampton in the UK and ACMA professional qualifications.

Carey Mogdan has been promoted to COO and senior vice president of global manufacturing and customer service. Previously, Carey served as INOVA's Senior Vice President of Manufacturing for North America. Prior to joining INOVA, he was a vice president at Tarpon Energy Services and earlier in his career held senior management roles in both domestic and international manufacturing operations. Carey has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta and holds designations from the Canadian Institute of Management, the Project Management Institute and the American Society for Quality.
