Inoapps invests £600,000 in Aberdeen office move

Thursday, October 31, 2013

Aberdeen-based Inoapps has underlined its commitment to the Granite City with the investment of almost £600,000 in new premises in the West End. The new site, which covers 2,000 square feet, will house the group''s head office operations. The move to the new location has been driven by the company''s recent growth. Inoapps has a team of more than 200 employees and associates and this is set to double by 2015. Business Growth Fund (BGF) recently invested £10m of growth capital in Inoapps.

As one of the leading Oracle platinum partners and applications specialists in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Inoapps also has offices in Edinburgh, Derby and Kuala Lumpur. Plans are in place for the company to open a second international office, in Bahrain, before the end of 2013.

Andy Bird, founder and CEO of Inoapps commented, ''Since its inception six years ago, Inoapps has gone from strength to strength and our move to larger premises comes at a crucial time in the company''s development. We are on track to achieve our turnover target of £50 million by 2015 and the recent BGF investment will act as a base from which we can further develop our offering and widen our international capabilities.

''Our increased international presence reflects the strong demand for our services; our recent investment in Malaysia and the planned investment in the Middle East caters to largely underserved regions through the provision of high quality services for which Inoapps is renowned. Both Asia and the Middle East present fantastic opportunities for us to continue to deliver excellent results to our clients.''

''This comes on the back of our success at the 2013 UK Oracle User Group (UKOUG) Partner of the Year Awards, where we received four awards. These accolades are solely voted for by customers andreceiving recognition in multiple categories is testament to our commitment to our clients and to the level of service that we consistently provide each and every day.''

Inoapps received silver UKOUG awards for both E-Business Suite Partner of the Year and Hardware Partner of the Year as well as being named SmallBusiness Partner of the Year (bronze) and Engineered Systems Partner of the Year (bronze). These were presented at the awards evening ceremony, held on 3 October at Altitude 360, London.

Andy concluded: ''Our growth is set to continue. We have plans in place to expand our offering further in the US as well as the Middle East. We will build on our existing routes to market as well as developing new opportunities that will allow us to showcase our abilities to new clients. It is important that during this ongoing expansion we do not lose sight of the requirements of our existing customers. The care and commitment offered across all market sectors is reflected in our success to date.''
