New Actenum Upstream enhances collaboration and increases operations agility

Thursday, September 9, 2021

Actenum Corporation has announced the latest release of its software, Actenum Upstream, version 6.7.1.

Available immediately, version 6.7.1 is an optional upgrade that saves time and enhances collaboration by automatically notifying all stakeholders across different disciplines of relevant schedule changes, deadlines, or changes to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

New Notifications Feature
The notifications feature enables the creation of triggers that will automatically send email notifications to specified users who need to be informed about important changes to the schedule. Users no longer need to wait for information, or review reports to obtain information that they need. Instead, based on specific rules about schedule changes, approaching deadlines, or updates to KPIs, each trigger will automatically fire at the appropriate time and ensure stakeholders always know when and whether to act.

New Dashboard and Log Viewer
Through a new dashboard and log viewer, DSO/Server 6.7.1 enables IT support personnel to be proactive and take necessary measures before users are impacted by an issue. The System Health Dashboard displays key system information, such as CPU and RAM usage, the status of database and Active Directory connections, security certificate expiration dates, and software version information. The log viewer provides a view of real-time access, administration, and authentication logs.

'Whether it is monitoring SIMOPs constraints or lease deadlines, dispatching crews and vendors, staging materials at the right time or ensuring permits are submitted on time, employees that depend on the schedule to do their work often need to manually search large reports or data exports to find the information that they need,' said Paul Maurer, Actenum CEO. 'The new upgrade, with its automated notifications feature, ensures that everyone is automatically kept up to date and given exact information to perform their jobs.'
