Saneg increases digitized production processes with opening of new dispatch center

Saneg, the largest private oil and gas company in Uzbekistan, has opened a new Unified Dispatch Center (UDC) to increase the level of digitalization of production processes and optimize the management of its entire process chain.

The new center has been developed in partnership with the Uzbek-based IT integrator Osiyotech, and will provide centralized monitoring and control of all key processes - from production and refining to fuel sales.

"The opening of this center is an important step in Saneg's digital transformation, to improve the efficiency of production and logistics. With the EDC, the integration of various technological and information systems has been implemented, allowing us to reduce the time for decision-making and improve the management of our Saneg resources," said Tulkin Yusupov, General Director of Saneg.

Key features of the dispatch center include:

• A video wall of more than 20 square meters for real-time data visualization.

• Ten workstations for specialists from various departments to monitor and coordinate processes.

• Modern server infrastructure that provides fast data processing and integration of software solutions.

The EDC will enable Saneg to combine disparate technological systems into a single management platform, helping to reduce the cost of production and logistics, while also increasing productivity and optimization of inventory. In the future, the center will integrate digital twins software and analytics utilising latest artificial intelligence (AI).

The development represents a further step forward in Saneg's plan to continue modernizing its production assets, introducing MES-level systems and expanding automation capabilities.
