Talk Description
Despite many companies applying rigorous project management frameworks to subsurface data/information management projects many repeatedly struggle to deliver what the business wanted.

Project management goals are met, stage gates passed and the required artifacts delivered, yet often 'the final product' is not what was envisioned or the metrics used to measure success were poorly designed and don't show an expected level of improvement.

This talk focusses on defining an approach to subsurface data management projects with the correct business engagement and meaningful and achievable metrics to measure success.
