Optimizing Enterprise Asset Management requires much more than just master data management and maintenance management. It requires the orchestration of various activities, information and processes across: engineering; operations and maintenance; health, safety and environment (HSE); materials management, supply chain management; and external EPCM contractors and suppliers.
In this session, we will apply the capability maturity model to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to illustrate best practices and a road map for organizations to elevate their production and operations from level 1 (managed) to level 5 (optimized).
