Talk Description Efficient supply chains start in the engineering lifecycle of the asset. Standards-based asset design provides a solid foundation for spares commonality, forecasting, planning and replenishment methodologies. You can do a criticality assessment and FMEA (Failure mode and effects) analysis from faults, fed back into the asset lifecycle, to improve reliability, minimising spares handling and predicting usage.
