Search on the web, and you’ll find a lot of information on implementing a data strategy for the Enterprise. If you work for a retailer, or a financial institution, that information will be a great help. If, however, you work in an oil company, the data management needs are a bit more complex. We’ll highlight the additional needs in oil and gas, and propose strategies for implementing a data management organisation that unites subsurface, topside and business data.
